1. Services
Our consulting services include analysis and implementation of eco-logic optimization patterns. Scheduling must be agreed in advance. Clients may request rescheduling up to 7 days before a session. Cancellations made within less than 7 days are not eligible for a refund.
All service fees are due prior to commencement. Once customized deliverables have been provided, refunds are not available due to the tailored nature of the work.
2. Information Products
Digital guides and online courses on eco-logic optimization patterns are available for purchase. Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Accepted requests will be processed within 30 days as a refund to the original payment method.
3. Goods
Physical products ordered from our shop may be shipped back within 30 days of receipt in original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Approved reimbursements will be issued within 14 days after inspection of the shipped items.
4. Refunds and Reimbursements
Requests for refunds or reimbursements must be submitted via our inquiry form at contact. Once approved, reimbursements will be made through the method used at purchase. No reimbursements will be processed outside these terms.
